When I train clients face-to-face, their workout program is constantly changing week-to-week. My Online Personal Training is no different. I will monitor your progress each week and identify your strengths & weaknesses. This allows me to customize your plan in order for you to receive results in the most timely manner.
Access to My Mobile App
All online clients will have access to download my iphone and android app. On this app, you can log in, view the workouts I posted for you, and track your progress. It can also link up to your fitbit, myfitnesspal, and more!
We all know Nutrition is a key aspect of fitness. Benton is a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and will provide you a tailored meal plan based on your fitness goals.
Around the Clock Support
With any program you enroll in, a weekly skype appointment will be conducted so you can be face-to-face with your trainer to discuss your progress, future plans, and any problems you might be having. Call, Text, and Email Support is also given to you in case questions arise.
